The plantations of the El Malayo cooperative are located in the municipalities of Teapa and Tacotalpa, state of Tabasco, Mexico.
Currently the fruit collected is commercialized with the extraction plant, Agroindustria Oleica of the region of the Rivers located in Km.154 of the Road Villahermosa - Escárcega.
Within its objectives of sustainability is to implement the principles and criteria of the RSPO standard, which is currently in the process of certification.
History
The Malayo is a cooperative of smallholders, created on September 8, 2008 in order to produce and sell the fruit of oil palm.
Operations
